Been working surprisingly hard on this little project.

+Implemented a dash counter

+Dash counter has a sprite

+Dashing now grants you a shield

+Added (janky af) indicators for when an enemy is offscreen

+Added sound effects for the dash as well as the reset button

-Destroying an enemy ship gives you 2 health instead of the previous 5
